Shipping & Returns


Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $300. All other domestic orders are charged at a flat rate of $12.95.

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives within 2 business days from the date it is shipped.

Items will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 days from the time you place your order. We do not ship on US National holidays or on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped within 1-3 days starting from the next business day. All shipments are trackable and you will receive an email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location. We are unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or items damaged in transit.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped using DHL Worldwide Express. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on weight and destination address. Delivery date for international shipments will depend on the pace at which the package(s) are processed through customs. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages and we are not responsible for customs delays.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location. We are unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or items damaged in transit. 

Taxes, International Duties and Tariffs

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. The cost is provided to us, Mari & Fatou, by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. This calculated amount can be paid at checkout or upon receipt.  Tariffs will vary depending on the country. 

Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes. We suggest you contact your local customs bureau or DHL Worldwide with inquiries. 

Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit please reach out to our customer service team right away at and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. After an order has been marked as delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.



Online Domestic Returns

Regularly priced merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 30 days from the date you received the items to receive a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs. All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition, free of pet hair, with original tags attached. 

To request a return please have the order number and the email address you used to place the order handy. With that information you will be able to look up your order here and select the items you wish to return.

Once you’ve sent us a return request you will receive instructions and a return shipping label via email. 

Return shipping costs on all orders are $12.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue a refund within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please note that credit card processing times vary and will impact the timing of your refund. 

All items at reduced price are final sale. 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. However, if an item is defective we will cover return shipping costs as well as the cost of shipping a replacement item out to you. If we no longer have the original item in stock you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping cost.

If we receive returned item(s) that are not in accordance with our return policy we will be unable to accept the return and cannot be responsible for shipping the item(s) back out to you.

Online Domestic Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges but we do offer store credit. If you’d like to exchange your item please follow the return instructions outlined in our online domestic returns policy and select ‘refund in the form of a store credit’ upon completing the return. You will receive an email with a store credit code which can be used towards the purchase of the item you wish to receive.

Online International Returns

We apologize for the inconvenience but, at this time, we are only able to offer returns on domestic orders. All international orders are final sale.

In-Person Returns

Items purchased at pop-up shops and in-person events are final sale. We do not process returns at in-person events.
